We are pleased to share details of our works at 2–3 Park Parade, Cambridge. This project focuses on upgrading the roof areas with a combination of modern insulation and durable coverings, ensuring both efficiency and longevity.
The scope of works includes the supply and installation of foam glass insulation to three roof areas, complete with Alutrix and a bituminous liquid application. We are also installing new stainless steel standing seam roof coverings with a breather membrane to provide a robust and weather-resistant finish. To complete the works, new Code 5 milled lead flashings are being installed where required, ensuring secure and watertight detailing.
