Following the successful completion of phase 1 Leadworks to the the tower we have now been awarded phase two of the works to St Mary’s Church, Beachamwell, Norfolk.

  2. VM Zinc Breather Membrane Set Out at 530mm Centres: Sustainability meets style with the incorporation of a VM Zinc Breather membrane, set out at 530mm centers. This membrane acts as both a protective barrier and a moisture control system, ensuring the longevity of the roofing structure.
  3. New Sand Cast Lead Secret Gutters: Attention to detail is paramount. New sand cast lead secret gutters will be installed, offering efficient rainwater management while maintaining the church’s aesthetic authenticity.
  4. Sand Cast Lead Apron to the Newly Thatched Nave Roof: Tradition and innovation merge seamlessly as a sand cast lead apron is added to the newly thatched nave roof. This element not only complements the thatched roof but also ensures proper water runoff.
