At DJS, we are thrilled to announce an upcoming project at the esteemed Clare College. Our team is geared up for a comprehensive revamp, encompassing the removal and replacement of various crucial components. Let’s delve into the intricacies of the scope of work that we have meticulously planned for this project:

Scope of Works:

The project entails the meticulous removal of the existing sand cast lead, specifically focusing on:

Hips
Ridges
Valleys
Dormers
Gutters
Cornice lead capping – (Code 6 sand cast)
Aprons & Flashings

Moreover, we are dedicated to implementing new lead ventilation to dormers and other roof penetrations, ensuring an optimal and sustainable solution for the College’s roofing needs.

The replacement plan comprises the installation of top-notch materials, including:

Hips – (Code 7 sand cast lead)
Ridges – (Code 7 sand cast lead)
Valleys – (Code 7 sand cast lead)
Dormers – (Code 6 sand cast lead)
Gutters – (Code 8/9 sand cast lead)
Cornice lead capping – (Code 6 sand cast lead)
Aprons & Flashings – (Code 6 sand cast lead)
