The scope of work encompasses the installation of new standing seam roof coverings and box gutters in Natural Zinc, along with Natural Zinc soffit, fascia, and rainwater goods. A striking mirror-finished stainless feature wall will be integrated, complemented by Pigmento Blue feature walls gracing different areas.

With the final stages of the roof structure underway, meticulous attention is being paid to every detail in readiness for the installation of the striking VM Zinc blue-grey roof coverings. Incorporating a top-notch vapor barrier, insulation, and breather membrane, this comprehensive process not only ensures the palace’s aesthetic grandeur but also guarantees superior protection and longevity against external elements.

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the roof area works, showcasing a stunning finish in Pigmento Blue Zinc that seamlessly integrates with the natural surroundings. Tim Chapman, of DJS Metal & Lead Roofing Ltd, has once again delivered an outstanding project.

As we bask in the success of phase one, our attention now turns eagerly to the commencement of phase two. The upcoming stage will involve the installation of Zinc on the walls and balcony areas, promising to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. We eagerly anticipate the transformation and will continue to document the progress with additional pictures as the works unfold. Stay tuned for further updates on this exciting project.
