The scope of the project primarily involves slating works and the supply and installation of premium materials, including sand cast lead and VM Zinc.

Slating Works

Supply and Install Sand Cast Lead

Supply and Installation of VM Zinc

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of another milestone in our project at Ashton House. Our team has meticulously crafted and installed Code 7 milled lead gutters, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the property.

Our team has completed the batten installation, laying the groundwork for the forthcoming installation of the exquisite Cambridgeshire Gult buff color tiles. This crucial step ensures a solid foundation for the new roofing material, setting the stage for a seamless and durable finish.

Scope of Works:

The project entails the meticulous removal of the existing sand cast lead, specifically focusing on:

• Hips
• Ridges
• Valleys
• Dormers
• Gutters
• Cornice lead capping – (Code 6 sand cast)
• Aprons & Flashings

Moreover, we are dedicated to implementing new lead ventilation to dormers and other roof penetrations, ensuring an optimal and sustainable solution for the College’s roofing needs.

The replacement plan comprises the installation of top-notch materials, including:
